           To apply for distance learning, students should send a scanned copy of passport and a filled in application form. Then students get a signed contract from USUE, sign it, and send the contract back to the university.

              The tuition fee for distance learning is 1612$ /  academic year. The tuition fee is the same for all fields of studies. When students arrive in Russia at the Preparatory faculty, the university recalculates the tuition fee and changes it to the tuition fee of full-time studies. Students pay the tiution fee according to the chosen fields of studies. When students have a visa and travel tickets, they are to send the scans of a visa and a ticket.
